法国斯奈克玛发动机公司与贵州新艺机械厂签订意向书

　　2004年11月6日上午，中国航空工业一集团贵州新艺机械厂与法国斯奈克玛发动机公司在珠海第五届中国航展签订了建立航空发动机叶片铸造合资企业合作意向书。中共中央候补委员、中国一航副总经理、发动机事业部主任林左鸣出席签字仪式并致辞。

斯奈克玛公司和新艺机械厂正式签定合作协议

　　2006年2月23日，斯奈克玛公司和新艺机械厂正式签定合作协议，成立合资企业——斯奈克玛新艺叶片铸造有限公司，共同负责合资企业的管理。合资企业主要进行目前全球现有使用量和需求量最大的民用飞机发动机CFM56系列基础上部分涡轮叶片和导向叶片的生产，产品出口到国际市场，斯奈克玛公司将把先进的叶片精密铸造技术、生产管理、质量管理等方面的经验引入合资企业。

法国斯奈克玛公司在贵州新建合资厂破土动工

　　2006年8月25日，法国斯奈克玛公司与贵州新艺机械厂的合资工厂顺利破土动工，厂址位于贵阳市金阳高新技术开发区内。斯奈克玛公司总裁兼首席执行官王德(Marc Ventre)、贵州新艺机械厂厂长刘建平、中共贵阳市委书记王晓东、贵阳市市长袁周和中国航空工业第一集团公司副总经理李玉海共同主持了厂房的奠基仪式。

贵州斯奈克玛新艺叶片铸造有限公司位于贵阳金阳高新技术开发区，工厂占地10，000平方米，其中建筑面积7，200平方米，拥有熔模精密铸造加工工艺所需的全套机械设备。贵州斯奈克玛新艺叶片铸造有限公司负责蜡模的射模、成型、化蜡和脱蜡，而贵州新艺机械厂负责热处理和叶型和冶金技术的精加工工艺检测。

职位要求：
　　①Master degree or bachelor degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering；

职位描述：
　　①生产小组成员，负责工厂业绩的完成；
　　②参与日常的生产会议；
　　③根据上级的要求执行生产程序；
　　④对于工艺，产品及生产工具提出建议；
　　⑤参与生产情况的月分析会议；
　　⑥参与施行持续减少成本的行动。

3、品质管理工程师：3名，本科以上学历。
职位描述：
　　①建立符合ISO9001 /AS9100 版本A标准及集团公司要求的质量管理体系，满足客户要求，统计质量方面的文件管理、人员培训及认证的需求，就以上需求，做出计划并实施；
　　②根据需要翻译相关文件，确认产品、工艺及生产流程，对于设备机器、程序、从事CND及其他特殊工艺人员认证的审计；
　　③准备质量部门周总结，确认传达到公司内部（SXAC）及外部（新艺厂）产品技术文件，实施并遵守；
　　④依据持续改进的原则来优化公司业绩，在保证客户提出的质量及技术要求的条件下，增加企业盈利；
　　⑤确保实现在企业内部及新艺厂原材料、产品验收、发货的质量要求；
　　⑥有保证企业质量的强烈责任心，对于公司所遇到的困难，针对问题，提出改良方案、积极讨论其可行性并付诸实施。
职位要求：
　　①3年以上相同工作经验；
　　②能用英文进行听、说、读、写，了解工业质量体系，对金属学及航空业有一定了解，对物理化学的检测方法有较强理解能力；
　　③有良好团队管理能力并能营造良好的工作氛围，具有良好的沟通能力；
　　④具有充沛体力，工作严谨认真，并具有分析、综合、及针对问题提出解决方法的能力；

Program Engineer项目工程师

Responsibilities职责 :
-To give local support to Snecma for subcontracted activities in China : industrialization, production and quality follow-up
-To organize and follow visits of french teams for quality or logistics audits and technical support
-To manage the survey of supplier in terms of production, quality and logistics,
-To follow the industrialization of new parts and to report to Snecma,
-To explain Snecma requirements to the supplier and to check that they are respected
-To act as a facilitator between the supplier and Snecma people,
-To propose action plans to Snecma in order to reach production and quality objectives.

设备维护工程师：
Responsibilities 职位描述
　　Maintain the plant installation and equipments in good conditions and performance to ensure production of castings will meet permanently the quality and schedule targets, according to the specifications provided by the suppliers and according to the national regulations
　　Apply preventive maintenance programs in coordination with the production teams to not affect the production capability and capacity directed by the Maintenance Manger
　　Execute curative maintenance actions in dully and safe manner to minimize as much as possible the impact on the production quality and schedule
　　Interface installation or equipment suppliers for technical support on line / on site and monitor / control the repair or change or any maintenance operations
　　Record and keep track of all installation and equipment documentation
　　Maintain record of maintenance events and report periodic summary to the management
　　Propose and support continuous improvement activities including development / purchase of tools or machine or equipment for better maintenance efficiency and management
　　Enforce and make sure the safety conditions are applied while a maintenance operation is required and are still in place after any maintenance operation
　　Train and educate the production people in order to prevent damage by misuse or mishandling of the installation and equipments thus minimizing maintenance operations and cost
　　Propose any solution to reduce maintenance costs
　　Participate to subcontractor installation and equipment audit and survey
